• Arena
• • Discussion around the augment changes.
  • • Some adaption is happening to the new style/names.
    • Most still have a hard time differentiating them and need to read the text.
    • • Unique colors for every augment could be a helper .
  • No Announcement of the next Leviathan yet.
  • • Interested people need somewhat of an assurance that leviathan tournaments are now an ongoing event.
    • • Uncertainty keeps Players from spending money either in runs to level up/ farm Illuvials or from buying expensive Illuvials of the market.
    • Ideally there is a schedule similar to the IPL for the next 2-3 months if that’s not possible at least an announcement of  the next hoster before or during the current tournament series and in the worst case during the finals of the current tournament series.
    • 10% Ownership stat boost for leviathan still not Implemented.
    • • Concerns about the impact of the boost being to low.
  • Battle-Pass.
  • • Beyond-Collection for battlepass Illuvitars would be great.
    • Discussion around having a mid tier battlepass
    • • Free Pass, monthly standard pass, Premium Battlepass.
      • • Monthly standard pass can be just a repeating cut  down version of the current premium Pass.
      • Many people don’t even look into what they get with the Battlepass if they are turned off from the upfront costs.

• Overworld
• • Impact of the first leviathan tournament series is noticeable .
  • • Growing interest in Illuvials with 90+ TPI stats.
    • Increase in fused Illuvials.
    • Increase in purchase transactions.
    • Increased activity in the related discord channels.

• Ecosystem
• • Discussion around the Council pay Feedback threads from Josh and Jag.
  • • Introducing KPI’s for value-output is very hard to do.
    • • Can introduce a lot of additional work reading tons of trash proposals someone have to read through where people just give it a shot to get points.
    • Having a minimal pay can keep (most) Councils engaged and motivated.
    • Explore possibilities how ICC can output more value and present next meeting.

3. Community building activities

• Town Halls
• • Next Town Hall in organization.
  • • Set up google form which can be shared on socials for community questions.
    • As soon as Announcement is out, set up a Feedback thread for community questions.

4. Quarterly Newsletter

• The newsletter has been finalized by Tholky and Dr.Spoon.
• • Seek for feedback in ICC about the new Format + missing topics.
  • • It is now not only about governance but also about Milestones or other topics worthy to be mentioned.
    • Goal was to keep it short in total and just Bulletpoints.
    • A cutdown and a detailed version.
