1. Determine IMC Liaison
- Tholky and Spoon interested.
- Liaison to be finalized.
2. Set up Weekly meeting time
- Proposed: 22:00 UTC
- Maybe adjusted if the IMC peeing timing changes.
3. Meeting notes & public clean-up
- IMC Liaison will primarily be responsible for it.
- ICC votes on posting publicly meeting notes after review and approval.

- First available council member or sponsor to upload proposals.

- Re-evaluate the active role for an ICC
- Define more active community building duties.

- Host them frequently to improve communication.
- Game Representatives
- Ensure each game has an ICC as a representative with a clear, active role.
- Communication IIP
- Rework and push for a more streamlined communication process.
- Build player base
- Build strategies within our power to bring in new players.
