Discussion Summary

1. Beyond Wave 5 and Halloween sale

  • Teasers for the upcoming Halloween Sale have already begun circulating, but the official marketing campaign will only launch tomorrow.
  • This sale will feature Illuvitars from all Beyond Waves.
  • The Wave 5 release date has not yet been finalized.

2. Rewards v2

  • The council discussed the recent Rewards v2 changes and the current effectiveness of F2P rewards.
    Several ideas were brought up, including:
    • Switching rewards to Fuel
    • Pausing rewards altogether
    • Moving rewards to the Leviathan Mode
  • Kieran will prepare a document outlining his long-term vision for the rewards system before any decisions are made.

3. Roadmap 

  • The latest roadmap has received council approval and is ready to be shared with the community.

4. October Town Hall

  • Preparations are starting for a Town Hall with Kieran, scheduled for October 29th.
  • This Town Hall will cover all that’s happening across the Illuvium ecosystem.

5. Data Platform 

  • The Labs Data Platform project was paused following recent budget cuts.
  • Stuart is developing a lightweight, cost-effective version to support the MMO Vertical Slice.
