Discussion Summary

1. IMC Catch-up (Nijafe)

  • IMC meeting canceled this past Monday
  • IMC rescheduled to Wednesday, Rich was able to catch us up

2.  December Town Hall Reflection

  • Keiran asks community about “risk to earn” game. Google form for feedback.
  • Arena will be Leviathan only with ownership.
  • Delay for MMO vertical slice
  • Zkevm migration ready mid-late January. No action required by the community. 
  • Shards utility asked about, but being held back until market conditions improve.
  • Double down on Illuvium Beyond, big promo partnership to be announced soon.
  • Marketing to crypto coming soon, possibly early 2026

  • Recommend hosting the Next Town Hall.
