1. Chain Migration

• IMX migration to ZKevm is underway.

2. IPL competitive scene

• Finalizing IPL documents and schedule for publication.
• Updated homepage and announcement will be released soon.
• Tournament raffle to be re-drawn next weekend.
• Discord events will be updated with all IPL tournaments.
• The DataKingz website will be ready to host all tournaments.

3. Leviathan Arena Tournament

• Issue flagged: Tempest changed the tournament structure just before launch without informing Illuvium. This cannot be repeated in future tournaments.
• The goal is to continue monthly Leviathan tournaments. The next organizing guild is still to be decided.
• Discord events will be updated with all Leviathan tournaments.

4. LATAM Arena Tournament

• Preparation for Guild Wars LATAM Tournament has begun.
• Target: maximum of 32 guilds, each bringing 4–8 players.
• Event coverage will be provided in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.

5. Arena player numbers

• Gauntlet Arena has seen strong new player growth, but retention remains well below target.
• Discussion focused on strategies to increase active players, including:
• • Marketing strategy.
  • Social presence.
  • IP connection.
  • Game onboarding.
  • Battle Pass/Rewards.
  • Localization.

6. Blogs, Socials and Community Updates

• Filo will be onboarded into Labs to take over public communications while Rich is unavailable.

7. September Town Hall

• Begin preparing the Q3 roadmap for the Town Hall.
• Plan to show a video recording or livestream MMO gameplay during the Town Hall.
