Discussion Summary

1. Overworld Plan

• Overworld will be closed at the end of the month to prepare for the upcoming MMO playtest.
• Certain collections will not be migrated to zkEVM yet, pending further clarification of their use cases within the MMO. 
• Players can rest assured that anything with value will be translated into the MMO in some form.

2. Arena Plan

• Plan to run one to two tournaments per month.
• Each tournament is expected to have a prize pool of $2,000-$3,000 (final amount TBD). There will also be a 4 week tournament for our beyond partner.
• Labs is evaluating a revised 1v1 Ascendant and Survival mode, based on the assumption that it can be implemented relatively quickly and with limited development effort.

3. Zero Plan

• A dedicated Town Hall is expected in the near future, likely later this month.
• The purpose will be to discuss where Labs should focus next, following the completion of the zkEVM migration.

4. Beyond Plan

• Wave 5 is ready and is expected to launch in February.
• The promotional partner for Wave 5 has already been confirmed.
• A new burning mechanism is planned to be introduced with this wave, tentatively before launch.

5. Deathmatch GDD

• Nil has taken ownership of the initial proposal and produced a V2 draft.
• The update incorporates feedback from the community survey and the feedback-ideas thread.
