Discussion Summary

1. Capital Raise and Market Timing

  • NDA topic.

2. Improving Leaderboards

  • A proposal will be presented for Illuvium Beyond Wave 5 to restructure the current wave weekly Leaderboard, along with a shift in the cumulative prize pool calculation from ETH spent to D1sks purchased.
  • To improve the Illuvium Zero leaderboard it was proposed to create separate reward pools for each land plot tier, allowing each plot to compete individually according to their tier. Illuvium Labs is already working on making the leaderboard accessible on the website.

3. Formalizing the roles of ICC game representatives

  • A governance announcement will be made to formally inform the community of the current ICC game representatives.

4. Improving the use of committees

  • Create an Esports committee channel, with Sl1ckz added to the group.
  • A balance is being sought between highly experienced committee members and those who are more accessible, to allow for more frequent and effective communication.

5. DAO workflow optimisation and integration with the council

  • The lack of communication around Arena soft and hard resets was discussed, along with the potential formalization of a stricter DAO workflow. However, for now, the existing workflow will remain in place, Labs acknowledged the miscommunication on their part and is committed to strengthen internal collaboration and improve communication with the community.
