1. Surviving the bear status update

  • Target monthly burn rate: ~$300,000.
  • The goal is to reduce costs while keeping a fully functional team capable of delivering the roadmap across all game products.

2. The future of Arena

  • Revamped Battle Pass with improved reward structure.
  • Merging Normal and Leviathan queues into a unified system.
  • Introduction of weekly XP Arena Boosts, and the ability to purchase direct Illuvial XP.

3. Risk To Earn Game GDD presentation

  • The council reviewed the high-level direction and provided initial feedback.
