How your Illuvials gain XP

In the Arena, each time an enemy Illuvial is knocked out (i.e. a Faint event is triggered) XP is added to the encounter total. The amount of XP for an individual Faint event and the total for the round are calculated using the following formulas:

Faint Event XP = ((Credit Cost of Unit) + (Level of Unit * 0.1)) * 1.5 Game Mode Multiplier

Flat Bonus per Won Round = 60 * 1.5 Game Mode Multiplier

The final XP for defeating the enemy team in a round is 120 and will be evenly distributed among all friendly Illuvials that were on the battle board (only if the player wins the round).

Levels (1-60)

Each level grants +1% the following stats, up to a maximum of 60%.

  • Attack Damage
  • Omega Power
  • Health
XP Curve

Prestige Levels (61-100)

Once an Illuvial reaches Level 60, it begins progressing through Prestige levels. Reaching Level 61 requires 726,913 XP — the same total XP needed to level from 1 to 60. From there, the XP required increases with each new Prestige level:

  • Level 61: 726,913 XP
  • Level 62: 2 × 726,913 XP
  • Level 63: 3 × 726,913 XP
  • And so on

Each Prestige level requires one additional multiple of 726,913 XP compared to the previous level. In other words, the cost scales upward progressively. The higher the Prestige level, the more XP is required to reach the next one.

This means Prestige progression becomes increasingly demanding over time, rewarding long-term investment and dedication.
