This patch brings targeted adjustments to synergies, illuvials, and augments that were identified as overperforming or underperforming. Following our recent class adjustments, we are now introducing new thresholds for affinities to further refine balance. Additionally, various bug fixes and tooltip improvements have been implemented to enhance gameplay clarity.

Gameplay & System Updates

Bug Fixes & Other Improvements

  • Added two rules for Drone Augments.
    • Players cannot receive the same or phase-existing Drone Augment when they reroll one.
    • After picking a Drone Augment, players will not receive the same or a different stage in the future phases.
  • Reduced the color variety in tooltips for improved clarity.
  • Improved the damage calculation formula display on the Illuvial Omega tooltip.
  • Increased the width of the Omega Description tooltip.
  • Fixed an issue causing Headi/Krunk/Blotto Damage Reduction to not scale properly with Omega Power.
  • Fixed an issue causing the Fortress Protocol Drone Augment to not trigger.
  • Fixed an issue causing the Rejuvenating Pulse Drone Augment not to heal.
  • Fixed a timing issue on Resonant Bond Drone Augment.
  • Fixed an issue causing Duskfall and Arctic Dominion to activate even after the holder was killed.
  • Reduced the number of Tier 0 Illuvials in the pool from 12 → 5, ensuring at least one of each affinity and class to balance final thresholds and allow more Stage 3 versions.
  • Fixed an issue causing Power Diverter to grant more Attack Speed than intended.
  • Fixed some crashes.
  • Fixed an issue causing Rejuvenating Pulse and Fortress Protocol to have incorrect values on Stage 1 and 2.
  • Fixed an issue causing the Defiant Retribution Legendary Augment to trigger with delay.
  • Fixed a bug that caused several units to display incorrect Attack Damage values.
  • Fixed a bug causing the leaderboard position to show the wrong placement in the UI.
  • General improvements to how ghost matches are handled behind the scenes.
  • Increased the final end screen timer from 30 seconds to 2 minutes before the server shuts down the match.
  • Resolved several description issues affecting Illuvials.
  • Fixed an issue where Rai/Rai-Lu/Rai-Lee would incorrectly grant stats to allies instead of allies and self.

Balance Adjustments

Illuvials

  • Alphie/Synalph/Dualeph
    • Energy Resist is now percentual instead of flat and scales with Omega Power.
  • Ti’Ru/Tii’Ruo/Tibi’Rukko
    • Damage Buff now scales with Omega Power.
  • Lura/Lolura/Malura:
    • Omega charm and untargetability duration nerfed from 2.25/2.75/3.25s → 2/2.5/3s.
  • Slappin/Stabbin/Slashin:
    • Attack Damage reduced from 105/150/215 → 95/135/195.
    • Health increased from 1200/1600/2300 → 1250/1700/2450.
    • Attack speed bonus on omega increased from 20/30/40% → 30/40/50%.
  • Dash/Rake/Umbre:
    • Attack damage buffed from 100/130/190 → 105/135/195.
  • Rypter/Rypterus/Ryplance::
    • Attack damage increased from 85/115/190 → 85/125/190.
    • Health increased from 1150/1700/2500 → 1150/1800/2600.
  • Lesser/Greater/Exalted Monkier
    • Attack Damage: 105/145/190 → 95/135/175
    • Omega Scaling: 20/40/70 → 20/35/60
  • Atlas/Axon/Axodon
    • Attack Damage: 80/120/170 → 95/135/175
    • Health: 1200/1700/2200 → 1150/1650/2150

  • Grokkos
    • Attack Damage reduced by 5
    • Health increased by 50
  • Fighters: Base Attack Damage increased by 5 for all Primary Fighter units. This change only applies to units that are Fighter Dominant.
  • Rogue Lynxes: Base Attack Damage reduced by 20.

Affinities & Classes

  • Rogues:
    • Crit chance buffed from 5/12/20% → 5/13/20%.
    • Max threshold bonus: Crit Amp gain on Crit increased from 2% → 3%.
  • Vanguards:
    • Bonus Attack Damage based on target's max health reduced from 8/13/18% → 7/12/18%.
  • Frost:
    • Shield gain adjusted from 1000/2000/2500 → 1000/1700/2500.
    • Frost Shield: Increased from 500/1000/1500 to 650/1150/1800.
  • Wildfire:
    • Damage based on energy cost reduced from 250/300/350% → 240/270/300%.
  • Affinity Thresholds Adjusted:
    • Water: 2/4/6/9 → 2/4/6/8. Energy Regen given 1/2/3/4, twice for water units.
    • Earth: 1/3/5/9 → 1/3/5/7. Mitigation 4/10/15/20, twice for earth units.
    • Fire: 1/3/5/8. Bonus AD 3/8/12/18%, twice for fire units.
    • Nature: 2/4/6/9. Missing Health Regen: 1/1.75/2.5/3.5%, twice for nature units.
    • Air: 2/4/6. Dodge: 7/15/20%, twice for air units.
  • Bulwark
    • Resistances: 4/12/16 → 5/15/20
    • Radius Damage: Increased from 10% to 15%.
  • Frost
    • Duration: 3 seconds → 5 seconds
    • Shield: 500/1000/1500 → 1000/1700/2500
    • Attack Speed & Movement Speed (Threshold 4): 25% → 30%
  • Vanguard
    • Empowered Attack: 5/9/18% → 7/12/18%
    • Crit Conversion: 35/60/95% → 40/70/100%
    • Empowered Damage: Increased from 5/9/18% to 6/10/18%.
  • Empath:
    • Shield Duration: Reduced from 4 seconds to 3 seconds.
  • Mystic
    • Health Threshold: Adjusted from 40% to 55%.
    • Damage Amp/Reduction: Changed from 12/25/50% to 12/24/42%.
  • Berserker
    • Empower Damage: Increased from 100/175/225% to 115/190/250%.

Forge Augment

  • Ion Shroud
    • Health: 250 → 200
  • Empyrean Core
    • Allies affected: 3 → 2
    • Starting Energy: 20 → 10
  • Echo Jammer
    • Activation Cooldown: 5 Seconds → 6 Seconds
  • Vengeful Mantle
    • Cooldown: 1.5 Seconds → 2 Seconds
    • Radius: 20 Hexes → 15 Hexes
  • Spellweaver's Aegis
    • Shield: 25% → 15%
    • Omega Power after Shield: 25 → 10
  • Shield Bane
    • Damage Amplification duration: 4 Seconds → 3 Seconds
  • SITDOWN
    • Health: 200 → 100
  • Power Diverter:
    • Attack Speed per Omega reduced from 10% → 7%.

Legendary Augment

  • Evasive Veiling
    • Attack Speed: 50% → 75%
  • Spatial Disruptor
    • Attack Speed (now also affects Movement Speed): 25% → 20%
  • Inhibitor
    • Radius: 30 → 25
  • Eclipse Catalyst
    • All Values: 30% → 25%
  • Defiant Retribution:
    • Resistance reduction reduced from 50 → 15.
  • Arctic Dominion:
    • Fixed an issue where it would not proc when an Ally scored a Vanquish.
    • Now targets the closest unit to the Vanquisher instead of the Augment Holder.
  • Retribution’s Call: Health decreased from 1000 to 900.
  • Jagged End: Attack Speed Conversion reduced from 50% to 30%.

Drone Augment

  • T0 Overdrive:
    • Damage Amp and Reduction reduced from 10/20/30% → 5/10/15%.
