Definitions & FAQ

  • Lamborghini Battle Board: All games played by qualifiying players during the Motorverse Cup must be played on the Lamborghini Battle Board.
  • Qualifiers: The initial two weekends of the tournament. Participants play unlimited matches during a 6-hour Sit & Go window to secure a top spot on the leaderboard and advance to the Semi-Finals.
  • Semi-Finals: Held on the third Saturday, featuring 32 players competing in a Best of 3 games format. This stage narrows the field down to the final 8.
  • Grand Finals: The final stage of the tournament on the third Sunday, featuring the top 8 players competing in a high-stakes 19-point Checkmate format to crown the champion.
  • Leviathan Mode: Tournament is played in the normal ranked/ownership mode. Illuvials ownership, TPI and level all count in the tournament modes just as in ranked.
  • Sit & Go (S&G): A tournament structure where a match begins as soon as a set number of participants have registered in the queue. In the Motorverse Cup Qualifiers, these matchmaking windows remain open for 6 hours.
  • Best of 3 Games: A tournament format used in the Semi-Finals where a player must win two out of a maximum of three games to win the round and advance.
